what will i actually see in here?
the live state of the things your business runs on. what your site is doing today, what your agents handled, what the numbers look like, what is about to break, what just shipped. one room, your room, no scattered tools.
when does the next slot open?
rolling. i add operators as the system stabilises, so every slot gets a proper onboarding and i can actually answer when something is off. when your turn comes, you get a personal note, not a generic blast.
do i need to be a higgi customer already?
no. the opservatory works on top of what you already run. if we build something for you later, it slots in cleanly, but the room itself is the entry point.
who else can see my dashboard?
only you. it's built to live on your domain, behind passkey auth, never on a shared host. the numbers in your room stay in your room.
